To qualify for a refund at MIREVALAXIS, you must return the item within 30 days of receipt. The product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all refunds.

Once your return is received and inspected, MIREVALAXIS will send you an email notification. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card provider as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
MIREVALAXIS only replaces items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected].

MIREVALAXIS ReturnsYou will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
